Governors’ Camp

Governors’ Camp is a Silver Eco award-winning and pristinely located camp in the heart of the Maasai Mara. The nearby waters of the Mara River flourish with animals and birds, and game graze freely around the camp. bringing the essence of the Mara right to the doorstep. Despite all the comforts of a luxury hotel, Governors’ Camp shelters its visitors entirely under canvas for that authentic safari feel, with views ranging from the Mara River to the Mara plains. This Camp was created in 1972 and was the first permanent tented camp in the Maasai Mara, paving the path that many others would later follow. Though the Governors Camp Collection has expanded greatly over the last 40 years, Governors’ Camp is still one of Africa’s very best and was listed in Travel+Leisure as one of the top 10 safari lodges in Africa for 2020. Tswalu Tarkuni

Located in the pristine wilderness of Tswalu Game Reserve lies Tswalu Tarkuni, a unique and rustic safari homestead. With only five rooms this property can only accommodate 10 people when full, allowing guests an exclusive and private stay.
