aha Makalali Private Game Reserve is located close to the mighty Drakensberg mountains west of the Kruger Park, this ethnic bush retreat lies on 26 000 hectares of bushveld in the North-eastern Lowveld, South Africa. aha Makalali River Lodge is situated on the banks of the Makhutswi River. This 5 star lodge consists of three camps that have six luxury suites each. All the camps are private yet within easy access of one another, featuring a plunge pool plus enclosed dining and lounge area. All suites have an en-suite bathroom which includes an indoor and outdoor shower and fireplace. Situated 108 kms west of Port Elizabeth in the quaint village of Cape St Francis lies the Cape St Francis Resort and the luxurious beach villas Beach Break. Ibo Island Lodge

Ibo Island lies in the Quirimbas Archipelago of northern Mozambique. Nominated for World Heritage status Ibo has been described as one of the most unique and atmospheric islands in the world. Located on the prime waterfront site where romantic dhows sail out to sea on each high tide, Ibo Island lodge encompasses magnificent mansions each over one hundred years old. Coral and lime walls over a meter thick, high lofty ceilings and original beams. Ibo Island is a potential World Heritage Site, and therefore rooms have been designed to incorporate the architecture and style of the original ruins. The lodge accommodates guests in beautifully elegant, yet simple rooms, with indigenous solid teak and mahogany furniture, handcrafted by the people of Ibo. All nine bedrooms are individual and feature a king size 4 poster, or twin hand crafted bed with crisp cotton linen and Indian silk throws. Wide verandas are a traditional feature of all Ibo mansions, but we widened ours considerably to house comfortable plantation style chairs with soft cushions. For all its tranquillity and ambience Ibo Island Lodge also offers a diverse range of activities and experiences to keep the most diverse interests occupied.

Chobe Safari Lodge

Chobe Safari Lodge rests on the banks of the mighty Chobe River, and shares a border with the wildlife-rich Chobe National Park. Muchenje Safari Lodge

Resting high on an escarpment, Muchenje Safari Lodge rests within the Chobe Forest Reserve, on the quieter western side of Chobe National Park. There are no fences or boundaries between the park and reserve, meaning that the wildlife can roam freely, and guests can enjoy amazing viewing opportunities from the comfort of their own private cottage. Pangolin Voyager Houseboat

The Pangolin Voyager Houseboat offers guests an exclusive photography and safari experience. The floating lodge contains 5 cabins and can accommodate a total of 8 guests, giving you plenty of space to enjoy a private and personal safari. The houseboat features a top floor sundeck with loungers and panoramic views from the Chobe River, and the second-floor lounge area also allows spectacular views with its glass walls, which you can enjoy while relaxing on a comfy sofa with a drink from the ship’s bar. The Pangolin Voyager Houseboat is based on the Namibian side of the river, with Chobe National Park on the opposite bank.

River View Lodge

River View Lodge rests on the banks of the Chobe River, overlooking its tranquil waters and vast floodplains. On the lodge’s sunny swimming pool deck, guests can enjoy river views from the comfort of sunloungers with a refreshing beverage from the lodge’s bar. King’s Pool

King’s Pool is one of just three permanent camps within the Linyanti Reserve, offering guests a private and exclusive safari experience. King’s Pool consists of 8 luxurious safari rooms, completely powered by solar energy. The camp overlooks the Linyanti River, its seasonal floodplains and the beautiful waters of the lagoon that gives King’s Pool its name. The camp’s swimming pool area is perfect for taking in the tranquil view while relaxing in the refreshing water, or on a comfortable sun lounger. King’s Pool is regularly visited by elephant herds and guests may even be lucky enough to spot the rare roan and sable antelope.
